Strengths: Picture Quality, Sound, Software Design, Number of Input Outputs
Weaknesses: No RJ-45 and USB
Summary: I bought it a couple of months ago and I am loving it. I had a pioneer 43" Plasma before this set but wasn't very happy with its features. I returned it and got this one. The piture quality is way better than the pioneer. Specially when you connect a pc to it. It has all kind of input output in the back. HDMI, Firewire, PC, Component, Svideo, etc... It also has a RS-232 Port which is very usefull for the future. You can upgrade the firmware or unlock the scrambled DTV channels. Also the Menu and graphic is really awsome. No TV has a menu this professional. Just like windows. Nice pure colour and bright picture.
It can record your show even turned off. you can change the font, colour and background of the CC (Close Caption). EPG and Channel info is very advanced. It takes PC Card. Also Memory Card (Like the ones that come with your digital camera)
The frame is Piano Black and I have never seen a TV looking this high class. It's classy even turned off. The TV Guide is very usefull. I use the built in PVR to record Movies and Shows in advance and watch them later. Picture in Picture. Built in Extra Speakers + a Subwoofer!!! 60,000 hours of life, WHITEWASH! and much more to talk about. You can control your TV via your laptop using the RS-232 port even over the internet. It comes with a BOOK!!! not like the 14 pages users guide that comes with other Plasma TVs. Fully Loaded! BIG, BOLD, Briliant!
A little EXPENSIVE! I wanted the best... so I had to have it.
