Strengths: nice styling, 2.2 cu space ample for friends and family. good power to cook quickly and thouroughly
Weaknesses: no apparent weakness
Summary: this is our second panasonic microwave. we liked the first one and the second is slightly bigger with more power. I noticed the difference right away. Expect to be very satisfied

Strengths: 1. Bigger capacity than most microwaves that aren't conventional. 2. Keeps food warm without drying food. 3. Sensor cooking. 4. Has a very clean style.
Weaknesses: None that I know of.
Summary: 2006-09-15 08:50:11 This microwave is the nicest one on the market that I could find that has all the details wanted. I wanted a microwave that could keep food warm without drying them out. One that had a big oven for larger meals, and I love the sensor cooking. The sensor cooking is new to me and I really am enjoying it. If you want a microwave that does it all this is the one for you.

Strengths: Panasonic brand name. Design, Durability, Color (I choose black), Clean look. It last.
Weaknesses: Display panel (when you look from higher & side position - clock is not that clear)
Summary: I had Panasonic brand microwave last 20 years. This is the second one I choose. Hope this one goes another 20 years. By the way the reason I bought this one is not that old one is not working, rather we got bored (we gave old one to our family).

2 Star ReviewCAUTION! Poor quality plastic door opening mechanism that breaks
Strengths: None.
Weaknesses: Door button is so hard to push that the right side of the oven moves backward when pushed, requiring one to straighten the oven again! Vividly shows every fingerprint on number panel and door.
Summary: Plastic door-opening-lever piece, behind the door button, broke at 2 years. The latch of the door is so hard to push up that it caused this small piece to break and we are having to replace it ourselves. (Cost of just the little piece of plastic is $10.00!!) If we took it into a service center, the cost would be $50.00. Every time you push the door button, you need to hold onto the oven or it slides backward due to the difficulty of the latch opening the door. Poor quality microwave door-opening device!
