Strengths: Decent battery life for it's size
Weaknesses: none
Summary: Got this as a backup for the my original battery that came with the sony t7 digital camera. Same battery life, approx 70mins at full charge. A must have since it's small size only last so long. Stay away from generic batterys for this camera since they don't hold a charge as good nor a long life expectancy as an original battery.

Strengths: Original Manufacturer reliable
Weaknesses: a little expensive
Summary: I am very happy with this little battery. I learned my lesson to stick with the original manufacturer batteries. They work with the original charger and camera as they are supposed to. I also take lots of digital pictures on travel, and learned that on a good day, I might need 2-3 batteries (for 300 pics?). Maybe not, but the family may also forget to charge one battery after getting back to the hotel. And it's not just the number of pics that matters, but also how long the camera was on with LCD and flash. I also think these Lithium batteries are the best, and would not buy a camera that used conventional batteries. I have Canon and Sony cameras and I once tried a generic battery for my Canon. The generic (non-name-brand) was supposed to be stronger, but after a few uses, it would only last for minutes. Now, I stick with the manufacturer batteries. Plus, this battery comes with a nice little plastic protective case.

Strengths: Small and compact, fast charge time, approx. 75 of shooting time.
Weaknesses: Small, can get loss easily and since it is small, can only hold so much charge within it.
Summary: Not to say, if you sacrifice sizes, then you have to pay somehow. Can't have a win/win situation. It is the only available battery for T7, so can't get anything else.

Strengths: good battery life, compact size, easily fit into DSC T-7
Weaknesses: battery life could be a little longer
Summary: Provides ~120 min of viewing and ~70 min of continuous taking pictures and minimal for taking videos. Small in size, easily slip into the DSC-T7 w/o having to thrust into the battery slot like some aftermarket ones. I recommend always getting OEM.
