Strengths: good size
Weaknesses: unsafe due to design fault
Summary: when sliding drawers out to retrieve food from drawers, the drawers continually fall of the runners on the inside of the freezer - it is obvious the runners are not wide enough. Proves to be unsafe as drawer can fall on person opening the drawer.

Strengths: Good size, style
Weaknesses: purchased only 2 years prev - broken and advised beyond repair
Summary: Hotpoint extremly unhelpful with poor customer service - product beyond repair only after two years service. Also colour Natural Linen no long available - so unable to match existing kitchen products - would never purchase Hotpoint again
