Strengths: VERY USER FRIENDLY, GREAT TECHNOLOGY
Weaknesses: INITIAL SET UP CAN BE TEDIOUS `
Summary: I HAVE HAD MANY YAMAHA RECEIVERS . I THINK THEY HAVE ALWAYS RANKED UP THERE IN THE TOP 2. THE RX-V3900 HAS ALOT OF GREAT OPTIONS WITH THE UPSCALING TO 1080P AND THE 140 WATTS RMS PER CHANNEL IS IMPRESSIVE. IF YOU HAVE A VERY GOOD PAIR OF SPEAKERS YOU WILL BE DEAF BY THE TIME YOU REACH THE HALF WAY MARK ON THE VOLUME. THERE ARE SO MANY DIFFERENT KINDS OF SOUND SETTINGS WHICH IS GREAT. I ALSO LOVE THE YPAO SETTING AND MIKE. IT IS THE BEST HING SINCE APPLE PIE.
