 Functional, once you figure it out Strengths: Looks good sitting on your desk
Weaknesses: Minimalist instructions, missing critical function
Summary: This calculator is aesthetically pleasing enough - I had looked for one which would match the stainless steel accessories I had already on my desk - and performs adequately.
However, for what seems like a very simple device, it was hard to figure out how to perform a few operations, and the minimalist instructions were of very little help. I would rather pay a bit more for a device that is treated a bit more seriously and comes with at least a basic owner's manual.
I also found (having purchased the calculator sight unseen online) that it was missing a critical function for my desktop calculator - Tax+ / Tax- - so I have since moved on to an uglier and even cheaper calculator from Tech Solutions that does have those functions.
