Summary: I was lucky, I brought the extended warrenty. We have had the control panel replaced 2 times the rollers replaced 1 time. The dishes are never clean if you dont pre-wash very well and the dry cycle does not dry the dishes. Save yourself the trouble RUN from this product. Weaknesses: Control panel replacements, poor cleaning quality, very noisy Summary: Control panel lasted one year and two weeks. Warranty would not cover repairs. Cost too fix was more than buying a new dishwasher. Dishes never came out very clean. Interestingly enough, Maytag send us many reminders about extending the warranty on the other Maytag appliances we purchased. We never received a reminder on the dishwasher. Weaknesses: Does not wash well--top shelf leaves food residue--we now hand wash all glasses. Have replaced control panel 2x (very expensive)& bowl rack 2x as well Summary: Notice the strengths are all in the looks--THIS DISHWASHER DOES NOT WORK WELL--do not waste your money. We are so disappointed--would love to throw it in the trash but we spent way too much money on it. BUYER BEWARE!!!!--I find the exact same reviews from everyone else.
