3 Star ReviewLexmark
Strengths: Able to use when not on the computer, the LCD screen is easy to read and use, and the photo slot is a plus.
Weaknesses: The printer will stop mid-way through a job if the cartridge is low. Also, the cartridges empty fast, so at $20-30 a pop, it isn't as economical as first hoped.
Summary: I would love this all-in-one more if a) the cartridges didn't burn out so quickly, b) the printer did spaz out in mid-print and c) the scanner program worked properly upon initial installation. Other than that, the printer is great. It's slimline and not too bulky and the LCD window is a plus.

2 Star ReviewI will be returning this all-in-printer. The over ...
Strengths: LCD display. PictBridge capabilites. All the options of printing sizes.
Weaknesses: Photo print quality is poor and not user friendly to figure out. The quality of scanning pictues is poor (ie. red comes out orange, faces have a blur and can't seem to be adjusted).
Summary: I will be returning this all-in-printer. The overall sleek design of the unit is very nice. The LCD window and the pictbridge capability is all nice too.

Strengths: NA
Weaknesses: NA
Summary: Setup was as easy as it has always been with Lexmark: put the CD in and simply let it do what it wants. This time around it has been installed on both a Mac (OSX.3) and a PC, and installation was easy on both. 10 minutes, including restarts. The cartridges it comes with are both color - one high grade for photo printing and one for general printing, including black text. If you want a true black then you need to buy a black ink cartridge. I'd suggest you do. The only tricky part of setup is the cartridges as it doesn't say which way around they go at first, but if you get it wrong then the on-printer screen tells you straight away, so that's all good.

Strengths: Quiet, LCD screen, flat bed scaner, multiple card slots, pict bridge.
Weaknesses: So so print quality, needs fax capability, limited software
Summary: Overall I say it was a good deal. It prints well and is very quiet. The software is good for pictures but has limited capabilities when using it for projects. Other people said the ink runs out fast but I've printed many pictures and it still says theres full ink.

Strengths: Bright LCD (you can even preview before copy), Card reader (preview photo on LCD), small footprint
Weaknesses: slow scanning, expensive ink cartriges, photo quality is ok but not great
Summary: The Lexmark P4350 all-in-one is a multifunctional printer/copier/scanner designed for personal use. Some of the great features include the photo printing capability with build in card reader and preview LCD. I especially like the fact that you can preview the material you are coping. The LCD is very bright, image is sharp and easy to see. When compared to other multifunctionals, the P4350 does not take that much desk space.

Some of the drawbacks of this machine includes:

1. The scanning speed is slow. I had an older/larger X5150 and it is faster than P4350.

2. Photo printing is slow among the photo printers and the photo quality is ok but not great.

3. A set of ink, like all other lexmarks, can cost more than the printer itself.

I will still print most of my black-and-whites on the laser printer and photos on my photo printer, but for a quick scan/print/copy and occasional photo printing, I highly recommend P4350.
