There is pain, but it's bareable, and gets milder over time. I like that there are extra features like a shaver and comb. Weaknesses: Takes longer than shaving because you might have to go over the same spot a few times. Summary: I'd recommend this product. I've have had for a few days and it gave me expected results, I was not disappointed. The pain is easier to bare when you expect it. PegBodin Member Since: Oct 2008 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 2 Months	Mixed results Strengths: Pulls hairs out so they take longer to grow back Weaknesses: Have to go over the same areas so some hairs get stuck under the skin Summary: I think the dry skin epilators worked better but they hurt more. This one's okay if you have the patience. Be careful though because sometimes the hairs go under the skin. It's easy to use a tweezer or scrub to release them though. axley154 Member Since: Sep 2008 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 1 Year	Is not worth at all Strengths: good for shaving your armpit and bikini line Weaknesses: does not epilate from the root as my older Philips 2843. Summary: This is not even an epilator - it just tears the hear from the skin mostly. Only some of the hear come out from the root so be ready to epilate your legs about every 5 days which is quite crazy! The hair that were not torn from the root are long after just a couple of days and do not grow at the same time as those torn from the root. So you have to epilate twice as often as if it epilated normally. This is a piece of S..T I recommend you philips 2843 but they stopped to produce it so unfortunately I can´t buy it anywhere in the US now. Was this review helpful or unhelpful for you? But if you don't want to ruin your body with a razor, this item is good to have on hand. It's smooth. Plus, if you feel like shaving is your only option, it does have an interchangeable shaver head as well.
