Strengths: Size, features, remote. Bouncing EQ level bars on LCD.
Weaknesses: Two gum batteries versus one for some other slim DVD players.
Summary: The LCD remote control is probably one of the best features of this product. Has all the information and control you need at your fingertips. Very intuitive, started using it without reading the instructions. The size of the unit is great. I had bouth a Sony D-NE10, but returned it and got this one because of the price. This unit loses nothing in size, features, or quality. Have read some problems with skipping, but I shook it up and down for a while during play and experienced no skipping. Sound EQ is good. I like this remote better than Sony's because it's designed for one-handed use. Hard to do this with the Sony remote.
