Strengths: Heating and mixing to the correct temperature.
Weaknesses: Have not found one yet for this one. My first one had a single on/off red switch and re-heated automatically. I found that this machine did not last long.
Summary: I love the Latte machine. I reccomend it to evreyone. In fact today I recommended it to the Verizon salesman. He was drinking a Starbucks. I told him that since I started using this machine I have not used my starbucks card. I reccomended him to get one. I told him that Linen's and Thing's did have them around Xmas. I got mine on EBay. I suggested he go on line to Back To Basics. I hope he gets one. I also bought one for my daughter.
