Excellent for low heat/low noise Strengths: fast good customer service Weaknesses: only two cores Summary: I upgraded my HTPC from a 4200+ to this 5400+ and couldn't be mroe happy. You get a nice bump in speed with no extra heat dissipation. Price is right. Socket AM2 makes it easy to find a nice heatsink. If the CPU dies, AMD is pretty good about honoring the warranty.
