 Not all reliable Strengths: Was attractive to my daughter, who now dislikes the product.
Weaknesses: Customer Service is terrible, and I have now gone through three, and the item still does not work. Batteries is the main problem and will not hold a charge
Summary: Was a Christmas for my daughter, and it is now March, and the item still does not work. This item has been into the manufacture three times for service without a resolution. The batteries will not hold a charge past 20 minutes, and after several attempts to correct the problem for which the manufacture has stated there is a problem, now I have broken cases with the work done by customer service on the item. I have not been able to really use the item yet and my daughter is heartbroken.
