 worth the price Strengths: inexpensive, but sounds good enough. Low power - doesn't waste energy. Sturdy metal case.
Weaknesses: an audiophile would probably puke. Uses primitive BA4558 opamp. Must loosen case screw to attach ground wire from turntable.
Summary: This unit worked despite being shipped without packing material. If you really care about sound quality and are young enough to hear the high frequencies, then you should spend 3 times as much for a quality unit. This is good enough for me.
