Strengths: Picture, Jack layout, 16:9 aspect mode, Warrantee.
Weaknesses: None to date.
Summary: Picture is excellent. Much better than expected. Got a steal of a price. $498.00 at Brandsmart U.S.A. Presidents day sale. Brand new in box. Easy setup. DVD via component cables. Satelite via S video. X box via S video and VCR via composite video. All look great!! especially the fact that using the 16:9 compresses the screen and enhances the resolution. Play X box games in true letterbox format. Watch non Letterbox movies in Letterbox format and it improves allready letterboxed movies with almost HDTV quality resolution. No loud thwump when you power it on, I have my 5.1 surround sound hooked to the variable audio out jack in the back of the unit. No funhouse or blooming effect with this TV as other brand 32" flat screen TV owners have reported with Sony and Samsung. I highly recommend this TV to anyone in the market for a Pure Flat 32" TV that does not have the $$$ for HDTV. ** Bonus** This is the only 32: flat TV with a 1 year parts and labor warrantee that also gives you 2 years of picture tube warrantee. Sorry Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, and JVC, TOSHIBA has my loyalty from now on... Thanks for taking time to read this review

Strengths: Good clarity! Setup controls are easy to access and use. Sound quality is good and full.
Weaknesses: Multi-device remote works with my VCR but would not work with my brand new DVD player.
Summary: This TV exceeded all expectations. The picture is very clear in all modes. (Cold, Medium, Warm) Changing the settings for personal preference is very simple with the setup interface provided. The manual is very helpful in laying out the various configurations in which this TV can be used. I'm very pleased with its performance.
