Strengths: Great picture quality, multiple inputs including HDMI, excellent viewing angle
Weaknesses: Have to buy HDTV tuner separately
Summary: This is an amazing LCD TV! I got it on clearance for half the regular price. I also have a 50" DLP HDTV but I like the picture quality and resolution of this LCD TV better. The unit has multiple inputs: HDMI and DVI inputs as well as 3 other AV inputs (S-video and component). So, I connected my HDTV tuner via HDMI and my DVD player via component input on another input channel. The viewing angle is really good, as I can clearly see the picture while standing to the side of the unit. Most people do not like the speaker location at the bottom of the unit, but it doesn't bother me that much. Overall, a great LCD TV!

Strengths: Amazing picture and a ton of inputs located at various spots of the tv both on bottom and the side.
Weaknesses: For HDTV, you have to buy a tuner separately which is a hassle. The price is also pretty expensive. Poor positioning of the speaker and sound could be better.
Summary: This TV is used as my computer monitor since it has HDMI, DVI and VGA. The amount of inputs available are incredible, but I do wish it had various other options for PIP. You can do a split screen with computer/TV, but not much more. I wish it had the PIP options of a big screen.

Strengths: Sharp is the world leader in LCD flat panel production. Not only a good television, also a perfect computer monitor. This Sharp 26" Widescreen LCD HDTV Monitor is both work of art and entertainment.
Weaknesses: The price is a little bit high. Speaker could be better placed.
Summary: In addition to excellent picture quality, this display looked incredible in our test viewing room: the display is trimmed with a black strip that is in turn cleanly framed by a smoke-silver (titanium) strip above, housing basic operation controls, with the Sharp logo and speakers.

I have seen incredible advancements in some of Sharp's technology over the past year—specifically in widened viewing angles, increased black levels, and faster response times.

Strengths: Great picture and great price Easy to use on the PC or just with cable Lots of inputs including DVI Great feeling remote
Weaknesses: Only 720p if thats a concern to you but I think its minor
Summary: OK I bought this at Target for a really great sale price and WOW! I hooked it up to my PC and cable box as well and I was hooked. The picture is awesome, nice sound to boot. I know its only 720p but that doesnt bother me at this size so a big thumbs up from me for this product. Lots of inputs including DVI.

Strengths: clear crisp picture and easy to use multiple picture/color settings
Weaknesses: it is very slow in switching from one channel to another-you will not surf rapidly --and it seems to emit a low hum
Summary: This non-aquos Sharp 26inch HDTV model is lightweight, can be hung from the wall with an appropriate bracket, has easy to use remote controls, and provides a cear crisp picture that is adjustable in varying ways. It does not switch analog channels rapidly (hooked up to my comcast cable without the digital box to get the digital channels)and it emits a low hum (my second sharp in two weeks because I thought the hum was a flaw and exchanged it. )
