Strengths: Good sound volume / quality
Weaknesses: Feedback when used with a Jabra bluetooth adapter
Summary: I have one of these headsets for my phone, so we got another one for my wife. Unfortunately, her phone is a Sanyo that is not bluetooth capable. We purchased a Jabra bluetooth adapter, but there is too much feedback that the caller on the other end hears. We will get her a new phone to use this headset. I have a Jeep, so unless the roof is off, the headset is loud enough that you can easily carry on a conversation. It's a great headset, especially for the price.

Strengths: Light weight and comfortable to wear
Weaknesses: weak volume
Summary: Overall, this is a good product. It is very easy to use and comfortable to wear. However, I could use a little more volume.
