Strengths: Locking straps are great and stay put.

Weaknesses: There is no padding for bottoms, all you get is the grey thin pad in the picture. Material not so tough - grey back pad winds up tearing because of velcro.

Summary: Keep your instructions. I can't seem to take the carseats' belt harness off my car-have no idea how to loosen. How am I suppose to wash the cover? Doesn't seem to come off the seat at all...

Recommended carseat

Strengths: - adjustable straps, so can be used for a longtime until the kid grows up

Weaknesses: longer installation

Summary: I bought this carseat after reading many positive reviews online and I should say, that I wasn't disappointed. Its a well-built model that'll be useful for many years for your child. Installation does take a little while, but its important you do it right to make sure the seat is properly fastened to your car for safety reasons.

Good covertabe Car Seat

Strengths: the special constraint system fasts the baby very well. Baby can not bend his body any more. It is wide and baby feels very comfortable with it.

Weaknesses: The cushion is a little bit thin. So the seat surface is a little bit hard.

Summary: My baby now is 4 month old. He was very fussy with any infant car seat. But he is pretty comfortable with this one. Comparing with other convertable car seat,it is really a good deal.

Evenflo Trimph car seat

Strengths: convertible 5-40 lbs, high safety ratings, good price

Weaknesses: could be better padded, difficult to adjust

Summary: Adjusting it might not be that easy, but once installed you're good to go. It is a bit bulky for a seat that can only be used up to 40 lbs (as wide as Britax Marathon that takes you up to 65 lbs). Excellent buy if you can find it clearanced at K-mart.
