Strengths: Easy installation. Solid construction.

Summary: This is a great mount for large plasma TV's. The item is solid and installs easily. Hardware included for any type of wall installation, and has numerous different TV fittings. The easy tilt feature is wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to maount a plasma TV on a wall.

 Wall Mount Strengths: Strong, Easy to Adjust, Customizable to fit TV
Weaknesses: Only 28" Wide
Summary: Got this Mount for my 42" Zenith (LG) Plasma. The mount was easy enough to fit onto the TV and is built very well. My only complaint is that the mount is only 28" long which means if you have to mount the TV where a stud is directly in the center of the TV and the studs are mounted normally (16" apart) the mount isn't wide enough to attach to more than 1 stud (as it recommends). In my case I couldn't move the TV so I had to buy steel strips and extend the mount to reach another stud. May not be a problem for everyone and otherwise an excellent product.

Strengths: Very sturdy mount, good angular range of motion. (to minimize reflections) Lots of hardware to make mounting possible for any situation.
Weaknesses: Poor instructions, difficulty in reaching the locking bolts, one on each side to prevent the monitor from "detaching" from the mounting bracket on the wall, and from moving from its vertical setting.
Summary: 2006-04-25 17:09:35 This mounting bracket is a very good value, and has a good range of adjustment, both laterally and vertically (angular adjustment appears to be better than claimed, + and - 12 degrees) This was quite important to minimize reflections in my family room environment. It claims to be able to support 130 Lbs. (My 37" LCD monitor weighs about 85 lbs, and is not "strained".)
I would recommend this mounting setup for any application with the above limitations (130 lbs, and 50" max. diagonal flat screen TV.)

Strengths: cheap easy to install works well
Weaknesses: hard to center mounting holes did not center bracket with studs
Summary: easy to use needs different offset on holes, good deal for the money. comes with hardware for most if not all plasma and LCD tvs. very very very very nice

Strengths: Easy to install. Good price for TV wall mount.
Weaknesses: It should provide more screws for different size of TVs.
Summary: There are couple of similar TV mount products from SANUS.
This one provides the flexibility of TILT. Not like VMPL250B or VMPL2B. They all have the fixed tile angles.
And, the price is reasonable.

Strengths: Easy install, extensive selection of attachment options

Summary: This unit included easy to read instructions, was easy to install, and is simple to adjust. Mounting a plasma does require substantial support where the item is attached (wall studs). I couldn't be happier with it!

Strengths: Very steardy and well finished
Weaknesses: could not find anything.
Summary: It was to too easy installed, well prepared hardware supply, and it's realy easy to mount and convinient for tilt operation.also it's cheap than any other mount available in market or on internet.

Strengths: adjustable tilt, available in black or silver, all hardware needed to install on any wall medium included, as well as hardware to attach to any tv included
Weaknesses: none
Summary: This is my first purchase of an LCD/Plasma wall mount bracket, and I am impressed. I have no concerns with the construction of this item, I am sure that the wall mount can hold many times its rated weight, with the only limit being the wall you are mounting it to and the quality of installation. The prices are quite resonable now as well, since there is some variety(read:competition)of manufacturers making these mounts. Buy this bracket, you won't be disappointed

Strengths: Easy installation, sturdy construction, and connected easily to existing TV
Weaknesses: Need two people to install TV
Summary: Good quality product that was easy to install and fit my Plasma unit with no problems. Tilt option is a plus. No problems installing mounting kit, but needed two people to install television.

Strengths: A strong mount that is easy to install with multiple hardware provided. Despite 1" more depth than the flush mount VMPL250, is worth it to allow pivoting the LCD upwards to install the many cables.
Weaknesses: None major. Limited space to install set screws, and of course the instructions assumes wall studs are 12" on center, but most homes are 16".
Summary: I bought 3 different Sanus mount types for my 15, 17 and 26 inch LCDs, and all have quality design and workmanship. Always overstate your LCD weight to select a mount. The VMPL50b is rated for 130#, but my 42 inch SHARP LCD (LC-42D64U) is rated at only 50#.

Strengths: All necessary hardware is contained in the package.
Very good instructions.
Easy to install.
Quality of product is SUPER
Weaknesses: NONE
Summary: This mount was extremely easy to mount on the wall. This is my first wall mount purchase, but it made mounting my television so easy, it was a pleasure to work with. I was pleasantly suprised at the high quality of the construction and I am not one who is easily pleased.

Strengths: pretty sturdy, well design
Weaknesses: the package i got, can't used any of the washers for the included bolts
Summary: Overall well design product, with eased of installation and excellent instructions layout...except all the washers provided are not for all included bolts, the bolts that used for my type of TV required a bigger hole size washers,i have to purchased in addition..it's just an inconvenient of another trip to the store...

Strengths: It's very sturdy and good quality. It comes with many screw sizes.
Weaknesses: We had to try putching few holes to find out the wood stud is 16" apart, on the manual sheet it said 12".
Summary: 2006-07-02 23:08:08 I received shipment within 3 days via UPS Ground already, and everything is new and in good condition, even the outside box. It's easy to follow instructions for installation as long you can find the wood studs.
Tilt motion is very helpful since we put it up in middle of our living room wall.
I prefer this product over the Sanus VMPL Universal Plasma Wall Mount.
