3 Star ReviewFilter that works
Strengths: Fits projector, exact replacement
Weaknesses: clogs sooner than quoted, but obviously depends on atmosphere
Summary: Purchased to replace filter supplied with projector which was full of dirt in about half the time quoted by sony (depends on envt, obviously, but mine doesn't seem that dusty). Probably wise to replace more often, since filters are cheaper than bulbs.

Strengths: Long lasting and designed specifically to replace the original air filter of the Sony VPL-HS60, VPL-HS10, VPL-HS20 and VPL-HS51 Cineza front screen projectors.
Weaknesses: They do not recommend cleaning and re-using this filter. Relatively expensive.
Summary: I have been using the VPL-HS10 projector with moderate use for the past 3-4 years (since they were first released). I am just now going on my third air filter. Since I live in a relatively dusty area, I consider this to be quite long lasting. Because of the longevity, the price (about $24) is acceptable, but less would be better. It is easily installed, well constructed, and keeps the projector in tip-top shape.
