Strengths: Quality construction and comfortable.
Weaknesses: None.
Summary: I purchased this to use with my Olympus E-1 and SHLD-2 battery grip. It definitely has improved the comfort of shooting this somewhat heavy setup. The only problem is that is limits my ability to manipulate the front control dial, but this is tolerable compared to the reassurance I have with the strap. Highly recommended.
