Summary: The phone has many features but has many issues. Maybe I bought a bad apple but doubt it. It runs on a Microsoft platform and with any Microsoft application, it's got problems. Go to answer the phone, hit answer and a message pops up "unable to answer call" and the phone continues to ring. Once you receive this message, you must reboot the phone. Many times when trying to make an outside call the phone gives another error message pops up, "cannot complete the call, check the number and try again." You have to reset the phone to get it to start working again. The VPN connection settings do not work. There's no function to reset the voice mail / text message indicator (that I could find and trust me, I searched). Had to call, leave a voice message and then clear it once listening to the message. You cannot make an outside call using a Bluetooth hands free device without being required to dial it on the phone first. Answering a call waiting call is a joy, usually cut one or both of the parties off. The clock does not synchronize with the cellular carrier and it doesn't keep time very well. On the email side of things, if you create an email using the wrong account, you must re-create the email using the proper email account (you should be able to move the messages). Don't even think that the built in flash will help with picture taking, it's useless. The ringer and phone volume controls need serious revamping.
The main purpose of this device is that it's supposed to be a phone. The phone is the biggest weakness.
I very much regret getting this phone. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. Seriously!!!!
