Strengths: Ease of set-up. Price. Components.
Weaknesses: Sound is obviously not the best.
Summary: I am not an avid surround sound guy. I love the ease of this set-up, a monkey could figure it out. (Sorry for those who couldn't figure it out). It's definately a great package for those that want a surround sound experience at a cheap price, who don't want to have to buy everything seperately. Very impressed with all the components, looked at others, this one had everything I needed. (Video and Audio (Headphones, set-up to cable, Xbox, etc.))
The sound is extremely good for me for a small room. It definately can get pretty loud where it's near impossible to hear others in other rooms down the hallway. Obviously there are ones that are better that cost thousands, but this is only a few hundred bucks, and you have everything you need in one package. Great for DVDs, TV, and Xbox.
So if you want a good price, easy set-up, little shopping, and a overall good sound, (for medium or small room (worked well in a room that was pretty large, moved to smaller room though), then this is the system for you.
