Strengths: none
Weaknesses: reliability
Summary: We have had problems with white dots across certain channels from the start, but Toshiba said that they would not cover a repair under warranty unless the part totally fails. The tuner failed just outside of the 1 year warranty and Toshiba said that they would not cover the repair because it was outside of the warranty. No reliability, no consideration, no customer service!
