Strengths: Very easy to use. Easy to install. Cooks thoroughly and evenly.
Weaknesses: Fan at highest setting is a little loud.
Summary: From the moment I opened the box, this seemed like the right purchase. Easy installation (1-page sheet). Easy to use. 1-touch buttons are smart.
Only negatives are the Timer alarm goes off only once (doesn't give you a reminder 15 or 30 seconds later). Numbers on display could be a little larger, but it's adequate as is. Fan at highest setting is a little loud (certainly works, though). Popcorn setting could use another 10 seconds on the 3.5 oz serving size, but it's easy to extend the time so you don't lose any time resetting it. I chose it for the great value -- large size, 1,200 watts at a good price -- and am not disappointed one bit.
