Strengths: Once you use this, you will love it. It is easy.
Weaknesses: May take a time or two to get the hang of it but mine came with a 3 step picture instructions...very easy
Summary: I have used this peeler for a long time and find it the best on the market. I had friends looking for it and it has been hard to find. I hope others can find it here cuz they will be amazed. My Mother told me it was featured on 60 Minutes with Andy Rooney a long time ago and that Oprah also had it on her show. All I know is it works great and every household needs at least one.
