Strengths: Light-weight and compact.
Weaknesses: NA
Summary: This phone is working wonderfully. It is small in size and doesn't take-up a lot of space. There are a number of features included for the price such as caller i.d. and call waiting i.d. The ring tone is adjustable also for high and low tones. You can turn the ringer off as well. We are quite happy with this phone as it was reasonably priced and it works!

Strengths: small, lightweight, headset connectivity, good quality
Weaknesses: none so far
Summary: This cordless is reasonably priced. It is available in most wal-marts so you may be able to find it for the same price without paying for shipping. I picked a 900 mhz phone so that it wouldn't interfere with my wireless network. The phone has several nice options & I have not had any interference whatsoever yet. It has a connector that allows you to plug in an operator handset if you want to free up your hands & the built in color ID & other functions are great.

Strengths: Compact, easy to program, good voice clarity, good features for the price
Weaknesses: Only one type of ringtone (but that's a luxury)
Summary: This is a basic 900 mhz cordless phone with call waiting and caller ID waiting, one touch dial, memory phone book, and a plug for a headset, with a belt clip. For the price of $16.00 at Walmart, this is a great phone. I only wanted a basic phone with caller ID for a low price. I chose 900 MHz because of it not intefering with other wireless devices. The voice quality is excellent and I'm very pleased with the phone.

Strengths: Good voice quality. Good range. Good price. Nice phone. Better transmission and reception than 5.4 GHz phones tested recently
Weaknesses: Somewhat larger than newer phones
Summary: I agree with Consumer Reports Buyer's Guide. This is an excellent phone for the price. I was disappointed in higher technology digital phones that I recently tried. Sometimes newer is NOT better.
