Strengths: The case is small and protective. It is just barely big enough for the HC90 but it does have a pouch that you can attach for an additional battery. Sony quality.
Weaknesses: I wish the case were a little more padded for protection. The belt loop is pretty useless since I find the camera to be pretty big for the belt. The case is most useful on the shoulder or neck.
Summary: I have found that the pouch for the extra battery is more useful for storing an extra miniDV tape, which also fits perfectly.

The case was exactly what I expected, and is worth the price.

Strengths: Fits my DCR-HC90 perfectly.
Weaknesses: A bit pricey.
Summary: The case is a prefect fit however I feel that the small external pouch for carrying an extra battery and memory stick could have been somehow incorporated within the interior of the case. While it securely attaches to the exterior this somewhat cuts down on the streamlined look. All in all I would still recommend this case as it is most likely to prevent damage from occurring to the camcorder.
