Weaknesses: none (for a $100 camera) Summary: while i wait for a good sale to purchase a nikon dslr (d80 or d90), i chose the samsung L200 (from Beach Camera!) to get some experience with a digital camera, and it's always good to have a pocket camera (it goes everywhere with me). as my first digcam, i'm blown away!!! 10 megs for a hundred bucks! every feature on the planet! small, solidly built (aluminum), good warranty, well designed (no buttons on the sides, so you can carry it without setting anything off accidentally), easy to use (though i'll need 2-3 more years to figure out how everything works!!!), and takes GREAT pictures (and video!). with the new 8 GB sdhc memory card (also from Beach Camera, cause they have the lowest prices, and fantastic customer service) i can take up 26000 (yes, 26thousand!) low res pics, or 1600 10meg pics. plus, for $10 more, Beach Camera gave me 3 more years of warranty after the one year manufacture's. Samsung said it was a battery problem (good news was that they answered their phone on a Sunday; bad was that the CSR's English wasn't great). Offered to send a new battery to arrive in 2-3 weeks.
