Summary: 2006-08-07 07:01:15 This has helped me out tremendously considering I make and receive many calls on my phone for business reasons. I had a handsfree ear piece before purchasing this but it wasn't wireless so not as convenient. The ear piece fits well over my ear however, my business partner also has one and feels it doesn't fit as comfortably over his ear. This is my second purchase of the Samsung WEP150 because I lost the piece that fits over the ear (it can come off) and I called Samsung and they do not have a replacement part for that. 100% of People (5/5) found this review helpful. Samsung customer service was most unhelpful Summary: After one week, the fragile earhook fell off and Samsung offers no replacement. Samsung's advice was to buy a new headset! Weaknesses: the volume is horrible. it is so hard to hear from the other line. the connection is static. Summary: I thought that i was getting a nice quality product for my boyfriend. apperently not. we were both displeased with this item and i would not buy one again unless i can try it out first. it is so hard to hear him talk to me when he uses it and there is no way to change it. i would not recommend this product to anybody. very unsatisfied. 0% of People (0/1) found this review helpful.
