Summary: I am very impressed with this LG, it is my first. The reason I got this TV was the great reviews on amazon, and other electronics websites. If you compare this to a Samsung, all the specs of this LCD beats the specs of the LCD Samsung. The weight of the 47 inch is not heavy at all, I carried and set it up all by myself. But two people would be better. Set up was easy as a piece of cake. The piano black is a lovely color, will go with any family or living room decor. I plugged my PS3 blue ray player, and the movies just pop out, like 3D, clear and crisp. I also have Directv HD pacakge, it rocks! You can't go wrong, there are so many options, this LCD TV will give you years of enjoyment, and remember, LCD takes less power than a plasma, go green!
