lechicho55 Member Since: Nov 2008 View Member's: Reviews Product Experience: 1 Day	Great Camera Strengths: 8.0 mp,Colorful and bright 2.5 LCD, 30 second movie clips, 3x optical zoom, easy to use Weaknesses: 4.5 digital zoom Summary: I bought this one for my girlfriend and then found a Kodak easyshare for the same price, thinking it would be better. The Kodak had 2.3 more megapixels but the pictures on the LCD weren't as good of quality as the GE. The GE's LCD was much brighter and is also bigger. It seems the GE has more settings and options as well. Without printing any pictures I feel the GE is the better camera! 88% of People (15/17) found this review helpful. Drains batteries in OFF position. Summary: Camera absolutely stinks in anything other than direct sunlight, outdoors. Camera draws on batteries when turned off - I put brand new batteries in this camera and after 2 days turned off the camera would not turn on until I put more new batteries in it. My 2MP Canon took better indoor pictures. This camera is crap, so I got what I paid for. Crap price for crap camera. 50% of People (1/2) found this review helpful. Summary: I got this camera for my daughter for christmas and I have already re-placed 12 batteries. The camera is always turned off after use, use no longer that 10-15 minutes and the batteries die. What a hassel. other complaint about the camera is shutter speed! Always miss the perfect picture because there is almost a 5 second delay to capture the picture. Camera is worth the price but the cost goes up everyday in batteries and who has time to charge batteries when away from an outlet? 40% of People (2/5) found this review helpful.
