 Handmark Pocket Express - Hope you don't need tech support. Strengths: Looks Like a nice program. I was never able to get it to work.

Summary: I accidently typed the wrong e-mail address in my copy when I registered. Thus I was unable to connect with my Treo 650. I wrote tech-support immediately. When they got back to me four days later, I was told that They had no record of my registration. I wrote again. I was told that my e-mail had been reset and was ready to go. The problem was not fixed. I wrote a third time asking for help. No response. I wrote a fourth time. No response. I've had the software almost three weeks now and haven't been able to use it yet. I suggest you purchase from another company that takes its tech. support seriously. By the way. Don't forget that this is only a (use for a year) program. You don't own it.
