Strengths: Great looks matches high quality stereo equipement, ATX compatibility, front bay for optional memory reader, USB Ports, VFD display included
Weaknesses: VFD software causes XP not to shut down unless unloaded. Not easy to customize for applications like Windows Media Player. WinAmp-supported. Pwr supply lacks rear power switch. Not Cheap...
Summary: The case itself is top-notch inside and outside. The full ATX support means you have lots of slots in the rear for things like multi TV cards which Win MCE supports. I would recommend this case to anyone that wants quality over price. The metal DVD door is a nice way of saying you made the right choice. They really left nothing out, and the VFD software is work in progress. Mine came with a 2-line VFD, which I thought was supposed to be a 4 line because I downloaded the software before-hand and it defaults to 4 line. It comes ready to roll with motherboard stand-offs in place. I was up and running within an hour of opening the box. I would like to see those USB cables set for single port because I have to modify mine to work with my Intel motherboard. I have to wonder what motherboard it was made for. Not a big deal. They do state which DVD drives will work with the front eject button. Also not critical as Windows can eject a CD, but it sure comes in handy. My Toshiba drive (SD-R5372) just misses, but I have a Lite-On CD Writer works, but with very little tolerance. This is a deep chassis, so make sure you have a desk or stereo cabinet that can hold a surfboard. But, if it were not deep, you would be forced to an mini ATX case, so both dimension and dept are attributes to be admired. They may have slightly oversold the "silent" power supply. It is quiet, even with both of the fans running, but silent would not be how I would describe it. Bottom line: This was a good choice.
