Strengths: 10 resistance levels, build in speaker for Ipod or MP3 player and fan, with pulse and heart rate monitor
Weaknesses: No AC Adapter included
Summary: Got it on sale from Target and so far nothing to complain except no AC adapter included for monitor (have to use 4 D batteries). Come with 10 resistance level, Coolaire workout fan, two built-in speakers for Ipod or MP3player and also pulse/heart monitor.
