Strengths: Very easy setup, flawless picture, great for using computer display for network mac/pc.
Weaknesses: Menu system somewhat confusing. Would be nice if remote could do other functions for other devices, not a universal remote.
Summary: Wanted to buy a 1080P TV to get a better picture and more info on the screen for my mac mini which I use as a video server for my home network. Setup, as with any Samsung, is a snap. Hooked up my Mac Mini, Sony HD DVR, and Xbox 360 to this TV and all three display the best picture on this display. Love how the auto setup on the Samsung scans and then auto deletes all scrambled channels. Mac Mini and this 1080P set instantly recognized each other and immediately set up to show at 1080p 60hz resolution. Can finally see all parts of the screen on the mac mini at the highest resolution. Displayed iPhoto photos and they really "pop" on this screen, could not believe how good they looked and the detail it displays. Seems to show every pixel from high resolution images or videos. Also have EyeTV with an HD homerun and HD recordings look wonderful on this set.
