 Dell is dead Strengths: readily available
Weaknesses: build quality,
tech support,
warantee repair
Summary: On third pc in 5 months. Horrible tech support,insulting, prone to lying,barely speak english. Sent pc in 2 times for bad display, they can't figure out how to fix it! They also removed the extra memory we installed and won't replace it. Warantee is useless ! Do web search for Dell, there's hundreds of people like me that trusted Dell. Should have just flushed our $1600.00 down the toilet, it would have been alot less aggravating. For every good Dell review there are dozens of stories like mine. If this country had consumer protection Dell would be out of business!
