Strengths: Can make large tasty batches over and over again quickly.
Weaknesses: Lid may crack after excessive use @2 years.
Summary: I am an art teacher and am on my third machine in @ 15 years. I use it as a reward for my art classes and can pop two large batches equivalent to 2 large handfuls for 29 children each in less than 10 minutes. Each of the part time art teachers over the years have also used it because all the students say it makes the best popcorn. I would not purchase any other machine. Hot air poppers begin to melt after that much use.
