Weaknesses: Electronics HARD failures on two units in a row!
Summary: 2005-07-29 12:33:12 Received my first one - DOA. Unit never brewed coffee, instead produced an error code 2, according to manual requires service from an authorized service center. I returned the unit and picked up another one. Worked two weeks then hard failed too. Kitchenaid wants to keep replacing them, but enough is enough. Making a cup of coffee shouldn't be this hard.
