Strengths: beautiful screen, very nice keyboard, Blueray palyer, great options for the price, light for it's size, built in bluetooth is nice to have
Weaknesses: updating software was a bit daunting and time concuming
Summary: After my HP laptop died after 15 months I went back to Sony and I'm glad I did. This is a great laptop - fast, great display, great options for the price, blueray, very nice keyboard. There were over 20 updates to download and install and I ran into a conflict somewhere that caused the laptop to be unable to recognize the CD drive. After fiddling with it for a while I contacted online live support and in less than 10 minutes they had it fixed and running right! great support service! So far I love this laptop.
