Strengths: Ease of setup - came home from work and had it setup and connected to wifi in 15min
Weaknesses: None found yet.
Summary: Thanks for quick response from Provantage; placed order on Tues evening and was delivered on Fri. This is my first Apple in 30yrs and it was so very easy to setup and get going. I still have alot to learn since I've been so buried in windows, but the learning curve is simple so far. 20" display is very clear and bright - perfect! I am already familiar with Firefox so loaded that and was off and running. I will recommend this to my sister who is frustrated with her windows experience - especially vista.

I added a 2Gb mem module to bump it up to 3Gb total; again very easy. Will also add iWork, Office for OsX, and Vmware Fusion.

Strengths: All-In-One Design, Leopard OS, Built-in Wireless
Weaknesses: Screen viewing angle, No sleep light
Summary: This is my third iMac and continue to be pleased by Apple's continued refinement of the iMac product line. This device is currently the entry level model of the iMac line. I purchased it for my children to use. Since the computer this one replaced was a Mac Mini, all the data, applications, and settings were transferred via the initial start-up. I knew going into the purchase that the 20" model lacked the full viewing angle of the 24" model, but it was acceptable for the purpose straight on usage. The new thin form USB 2.0 keyboard borrows its design from Apple's laptop product line.

Although the new aluminum design is an improvement to making the device more recyclable, you do loose the visible sleep mode light and the ability to hang the apple remote at its side.

The device is a pleasure to use and my children are enthralled to have such a new computer to perform their various activities.

Strengths: Display, can't-beat interface, build quality, ease of use
Weaknesses: Expensive relative to comparable PCs
Summary: This is my first Apple computer since my Apple II+ in 1980. Apple's intuitive OS and interface can't be beat, everything is plug-and-play, and the display is impressive. The machine is fast enough for photo editing and rarely freezes/crashes. As always, Apple delivers with its innovative and beautiful packaging and design. Apple products just make you "feel good" unlike most any other manufacturer's products.
