Strengths: Simple and does the job, auto sensing ports for uplink-ing
Weaknesses: The plastic body makes it seem fragile, the led lights in front are very small and difficult to see clearly
Summary: The version I received is white. It has eight leds in the front, one for every port. Since there is only 1 light per port, you won't be able to tell if the port is connecting at 10Mbps or 100Mbps. The led is not very bright and hard to see. Also the the plastic body makes the product very light; it's hard to keep the switch flat on the surface if you have most of the ports in the back connected. But the product works, and is cheap for an 8-port switch and it features auto sensing ports for uplink-ing which is very convenient.
