Strengths: Solid performance -- easy installation and maintenance.
Weaknesses: This product needs to be better known.
Summary: We have installed 5 of these units one at a time. Installation is a snap, they really perform, and they run and run... The fsix Operating System can be easily managed over a browser interface. This is easy enough to manage for users without a lot of experience or training. Customer Service responded well when we needed special customizing for our unusual needs. We plan to purchase 5 more by the end of the year.
