Strengths: 50mm objective lens gives you a very bright image. Very easy focus adjustment.
Weaknesses: The strap is useless
Summary: I bought this item to view birds. This might be the best binocular you can get by this price. The picture is very clear compared with my old compact binocular and the object has a very good three dimension shape.

BTW, you can hook this binocular to a tripod, the image will stabilize.

Strengths: good optics, durable construction, easy focus and diopter adjustment,
Weaknesses: you call that a strap?
Summary: For me, this pair are worth every penny I paid. Man, I did not expect I get this much of binoculars for a little over $20. You can do a lot with it - bird viewing, sightseeing, even watching the moon ... A tripod is not essetial, since the 10x is OK for hand holding - the reason I did not go with 16x, or even 12x. Taking it to a concert might be too much, since this thing is relatively big and rugged, but I bet you can see the sweat on people's faces in case you do bring it ...

Make sure you do not show the strap that comes with the pair to people, as they will downgrade the value of the pair significantly ... The carrying bag that comes with them is actually decent enough to bring along.

Strengths: CLEAR BRIGHT IMAGE
Weaknesses: no tripod
Summary: The big lens give you such a bright view! it is not a big problem without a tripod, but apparantly, it will be better with it. it is a fairly good all purpose binocular, i would like to recommend it to the biginners.

Strengths: good
Weaknesses: nil
Summary: 2005-01-03 17:37:14 I am totally satisfied from quality and especially from price for that binocular.

Only one recommend I am willing to pay double price but for made in USA.

About made in China I will call you later.

Usually made in China is good only for one time use only. That is why I am only not satisfied from made in China.

Good luck.

Strengths: This binocular is my first one and I do like it very much. It has good hand feelings and looks very reliable. The 50mm lens looks very professional. It is worthy every cent you spent.
Weaknesses: The bag looks cheap, not like the 16X50 one with leather bag offered by Bushnell. The focus is almost fixed, i.e., there is no much adjustments on focus. The lens are not fog-proofed.
Summary: I love this item because of its heavy-duty apperance, big lens, very affordable price, good hand-feelings. We shouldn't complain about the size because the big lens give you wide angle and crispy clear image. It is ideal for amateur user for bird and moon watching, music concert, or peeking.

However, the lens are film-coated but not vapor-proof. The magnification is only ten times, not 16 or 20. The focus is almost fixed. The accessories like the bag, the rope, and the cleaning cloth are cheap-looking. However, how can you expect more for a 30-buck-around item?

Strengths: Excellent optics, Crisp, Clear and sharp view, Price, Excellent quality, Great Focus.
Weaknesses: Strap, Carrying case.
Summary: I paid about 25 dollars for this binocular. I did a lot of search on decent binoculars. I wanted a binocular for multiple purposes like nature and scenic view, bird watching, sports and concert events, and also for astronomy views.

I am extremly happy with my purchase of this binocular. It has a great crystal clear view and focus. I saw various nature scenes and moon etc. I can clearly see depressions on moon and that is also crystal clear and very sharp. Thing which really amazed me about this binocular is its sharpness and excellent focus. It has tripod hook which can give you excellent stabilization. As it is 10X magnification, generally you donot need tripod. What more you can ask in 25 dollars !!!!!

This is my first binocular......though I have used others. I will strongly recommend this binocular without any reservations. Just go for it........

3 Star ReviewAter I got this binocular !
Strengths: reasonable price, material feels good, clarity vision
Weaknesses: cheap lens caps, too big and heavy to carry
Summary: This is my fist binocular and I am satisfied with this.

I bought it because I need binocular to see opera or ballet.

It comes with a bag, strap and lens cleaner, so it is good for maintain and carry.

Also it is easy to be focused.

But lens caps are cheap and tend to fall off, You should watch them out.

I will enjoy with this...

Good Luck

Strengths: Versatility and Viewing: great for wildlife, birds, and spotting Bears in Alaksan Mountains!
Weaknesses: A little larger than I had expected but Theymore than made up for it in function!
Summary: I bought these binoculars for a trip to the Inside Passage of Alaska. I am so glad I did! They were reasonably priced (about $30.00) and worked well for both moving and not moving things: mountains looking for bears, sea lions, whales and birds. They were easy to handle, although I would have liked them to be a bit smaller. However, the function they delivered for the price more than made up for it. They are easy to focus with the bar as opposed to a wheel to turn, allowing fast and flexible focus. I would recommend them to anyone!

Strengths: Performance to Price ratio is quite high. Clear and sharp view. Easy to use.
Weaknesses: It looks a little bit coarse. and the size is a little bigger than what I thought.
Summary: Basically, it is a good deal. I can't expect to get a better binocular at the price. If you are just going to find a general use binocular with a decent and practical magnification, I recommend it to you.

Strengths: Price, value, full size, strong sharp lenses
Weaknesses: The eyepiece flexes a bit when removing the dust caps, so I get a little nervous if I aggressively remove them. For travel they will take up more room
Summary: Great product for the price. Full size versus the usual mini binocs gives you a good hefty feeling when searching the sky for birds, which is what I have used them for. These are so good at such a reasonable price they even if you lose them or donate them on a field trip, you will feel great for having them along.
