 Delonghi BG-24 indoor grill Strengths: Can cook larger quanities of food at once. Cooks food without drying it out. Good Quality.
Weaknesses: Hard to clean. Takes time to warm up.
Summary: The grill cooks larger quantities of food at one time with it's large cooking surface. I really like the ability to choose what temperature I want to cook at...with some grills, its one temperature (some foods just don't cook well at a high heat). It does take a few minutes to heat up. I use that time for preparation, etc. Using the lid is essential -- food cooks without drying out, & it doesn't get charred in the process. Healthier eating -- less fat consumption and lower heat cooking reduces carcinogenic changes in meat when cooked at a high temperature (like outdoor grills). The grill is of good quality & durable.
Clean up is the down side. It is messier & more time consuming than other grills I have owned.
