Strengths: Easy to use and clean; sufficient settings to get desired results; attractive appearance
Weaknesses: Toaster we purchased November 2007 had one side that did not function; the push down handle would not stay down.
Summary: Purchased from Bed, Bath & Beyond; attempted to work with Cuisinart customer service to resolve for nearly four weeks before deciding to return to the store. BBB confirmed that they would take the return and replace it with a new one. Cuisinart customer service could have told us that right from the start but phone calls & e-mails to them brought very slow response.
