Summary: There were no surprises after purchasing this dual channel kit; they have been reliable and OC fairly well. At (1T) 2-2-2-5 timings I've been able to get rock solid DDR500 speeds at 3.3v. You could probably squeeze more out of them, but I've met my goal and don't feel the need to. They are running on a DFI lanparty UT sli-dr board with a 3200+ venice. Some have had problems with this board and these chips (UTT-CH), but everything so far has been smooth sailing. The reason I finally decided on these modules was the lifetime warranty, even up to 3.5v! There is a fair amount of heat generated at 3.3v and I'm currently actively cooling them, but if you didn't and they fried, it's nice to know you could always get replacements. More expensive ram will outperform these at a lower voltage, but the price and warranty of these VXs make them a pretty good deal.
