Strengths: small, compatible with the companion MP3 player, skins for changing the color of the drive. solid construction
Weaknesses: no directions on how to change the skin (easy enough to figure out though). Because it's soo small I worry about losing it. Also if something does go wrong that's a whole lotta data to lose
Summary: I would definitely get the drive. I got it for an extremely low price (about $18). I only go with sandisk these days. Have a 512 micro and 256 mini that I use as my primary drives. I tend not to use the software that's included just because it's one extra step i'd have to go through every time i needed a file.

Strengths: Smallest
Weaknesses: None
Summary: Finally an answer to the congested USB ports. Now I can have the Cruzer Micro, USB mouse, USB camera and an USB card reader cround around the back of my laptop. I put the full web development software, image editing and FLASH in one Cruzer Micro and I can go to my clients to install and debug software all in a low profile and least intrusive stick-of-gum size package.

Strengths: Small, compact, large 1GByte portable flash drive storage.
Weaknesses: None.
Summary: 2005-07-29 12:36:36 I love the extra storage space of the 1GB Cruzer. It worked first time I tried it. It is fast and very small. I think it is great. I would recommend it to anyone who wants portable flash drive storage.

Summary: This is a great flash drive. Great price too. It is extremely small. Sandisk also sells a mp3 player add on if you want. Works great with mac windows and linux

Strengths: Really small size, Great speed, Great connectivity, Pretty blue activity indicator, Multi-colored sleeves.
Weaknesses: None!
Summary: I have this flash drive for a few months now, and just LOVE it! It is smaller in physical size than all the other drive that I have owned until now, and yet has the biggest capacity! The transfer speed is at par with any of my other drives, very close to the actual USB 2.0 specs.

Strengths: Quick, slim size, durable.
Weaknesses: none yet
Summary: What can I say? I purchased one for myself, and have had no problem with it. So when my friend wanted one, but had no credit card, I purchased it for him. Neither one of us has had a problem. Only downside is you have to be careful: it is so tiny it is probably easy to loose.

Strengths: Very Durable and compact. Perfect size to take around with you
Weaknesses: The keyring hole is a little small to fit on standard keychains. But if you have a small keychain it works fine
Summary: Overall I like the Micro 1 GB flash drive. It's very small (big plus) and very durable. The 1 Gigabyte size is more then enough space for me to store all the files I want to take with me. It's also high speed when it comes to accessing the files when I attach it to my computer

Strengths: Very small in size, fits on your keychain, and can be turned as mp3 players when fitted in mp3 companion.
Weaknesses: Not as rough and tough as cruzer titanium. Not as optimum prized as 512mb
Summary: Carries all your essential electronic documents and books and mp3 files. Can carry it everywhere on your keychain and listen to music using mp3 companion. Is not as rough and tough as titanium but then titanium is expensive and can not be played on mp3 companion. NOT Optimum prized. Costs double the 512k one so I would rather buy two 512k than 1gb for modularity. I bought this only because there was a pricing error in my favour by compdata2000.com which they honored :)

Strengths: Compact size easy to carry around, fast, huge capacity, different color rubber sleeves.
Weaknesses: None.
Summary: The Sandisk Cruzer Micro is the best USB Flash Drive out there IMO. I carry it with me every day and never notice it's in my pocket. The drive is very snappy at transferring files. Note that it is the updated version compared to the one pictured. The rubber case is slightly smaller and the keychain is easier to put on.

Strengths: Compact and good transfer rates. 1GB of storage at a good price. A "must have" for anyone with a computer.
Weaknesses: None yet.
Summary: Comes with a nice security feature to encrypt and lock your data. I do not believe that this is a trial version as mentioned in an earlier review.

Strengths: Very compact, capacity is just right but can never have too much room, compatibility to XP is great, transfer speeds have dramatically improved since switching from PNY to SanDisk
Weaknesses: The interchangeable cover slips off and can get in the way.
Summary: I finally upgraded from a PNY 128 MB thumb drive to the 1 Gig Cruzer and I have no regrets. I love capacity and transfer speed and its tiny size is great.
The only draw back is that SanDisk gives you the ability to change the rubber/plastic protect sleeves but they tend to slide off easily after repeated use.

 poorly designed Strengths: capacity/size
Weaknesses: poorly designed... the "skins" fall off
Summary: I have lost the cap and skin and have been unable to get any help from Sandisk on replacing them. This product is poorly designed and I would not purcase another one.

Summary: This drive is slow compare to the Sandisk Cruzer Mini. It a little bit more expensive too. However, I like the fact that is small so I can use it with my laptop.
