 I had this cd player for a week now and was pretty ... Strengths: Support MP3/WMA. Decent sound. Good price.
Weaknesses: 255 Maximum!
Summary: I had this cd player for a week now and was pretty happy with it overall until today! I put in a 700 MB full CD with 381 WMA songs on it last week and hit random and repeat. Today, I noticed I've heard some songs twice, but haven't heard others. I shut off the random, then scroll through each song one by one. I was only able to scroll to 255, then back to 1. I just couldn't believe it, 255 max! I've overburned some 700 MB CD with over 400 WMA's songs. I don't understand why Panasonic would support WMA at all if they're going to put a 255 Max limit on it when a average 700 Meg CD will handle almost 400 WMA songs? I've done my research and did not find this information anywhere before I bought this. This information should have been in their tech spec. I own the CQ-DF583U, but I'm sure the other models are have the same since there's really not much difference between them.
