Good highs and lows, and fits perfectly in my Ford Focus. Weaknesses: Doesn't have the second tweeter like the Pioneer 6880. Summary: Bought this for the rear speakers in my Ford Focus. Bought the Pioneer TS-A6880R (one version higher than these for the front.) Virtually the same thing except for second tweeter. 89% of People (8/9) found this review helpful. Strengths: Bolted right in with the supplied screws. Weaknesses: Sound quality is at least as good as the original stock speakers. No + or - marks on speakers. No specific instructions on wiring or install. Summary: The hardest part of the job was pulling off the door panels. The speakers were definately bolt in, but since there is no plus or minus stamped into the tabs on the speakers, the color codes for the wires (or more detailed instructions) would have been appreciated. Also, you should have at least 4 replacement plastic door panel plugs on hand....that is the maximum you'll need for a 97 Ford F150.
